We are looking for value driven Support Staff who are passionate about delivering services that is reliable and of quality that each person deserves. We are a small provider who is growing each day and are on the lookout for people to join this journey with us.

We’re looking for staff to support youth and adults! We are currently on the look for the following roles:

• Mental Health Staff
• Disability Staff

People willing to work in community access space and support participants on a flexible roster arrangement that allows up to full time hours on a four-day working roster. We offer individual flexible arrangements (IFA)

We service, Newcastle, Maitland, Early Port Stephens, and Lake Macquarie.

Nourish Services is a NDIS and Mental Health provider that works from a therapeutic and trauma informed framework. Our support system consistent of regular supervision and support with a core focus on true human connection between our staff. We not only care about the people we support but we deeply care for the staff that are part of our community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in building capacity for a person we support
• Be proactive in identifying activities for people we support when in the home or community
• Provide self-care support
• Light Cleaning
• Ensure Case Notes are completed each shift
• Communicate any worries or concerns to your direct line supervisor
• Assist in implementing routines
• Provide support to appointments or activities
• Assist in building capacity with healthy habits, food shopping, meal planning or exercise
• Providing social support

Relevant Requirements:

• Certification in Disability or Mental Health
• WWCC
• Police Check
• NDIS Screener check
• Driver's License
