Are you a proactive, organised, and people-focused Office Manager looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative and forward-thinking consultancy as the backbone of their office operations.

Reporting to the People & Culture Director, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless office experience, supporting the team, and keeping everything running smoothly. No two days will be the same—if you love variety, problem-solving, and being the go-to person, this is the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Office & Facilities Management – Ensure a well-organised and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.
  • HR Support – Assist with onboarding and offboarding, helping new team members settle in.
  • Travel & Training Coordination – Book flights, accommodation, and professional development opportunities.
  • Event Planning – Organise internal and external events, from team celebrations to industry gatherings.
  • Admin & Executive Support – Provide assistance to Directors and the broader team.
  • Learning & Development – Manage the external L&D platform to support professional growth.
  • General Support – Be the go-to person for anything that keeps the office running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar role.
  • A forward-thinker who stays ahead of the game.
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
  • A team player who thrives in a creative and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
