Solarban WA are seeking a motivated Window Tinter to join our skilled team on a full-time basis, working both in-house at our facility and off-site at client locations.

Experienced window tinters preferred, but training is on offer to get you up to speed!

Duties & responsibilities:

• Apply tinting solutions to a variety of window types, including automotive, decorative, and security windows
• Liaise with customers where needed, offering professional advice on tinting solutions for their needs
• Provide accurate and competitive quotes for various tinting projects, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Cleaning and prepping surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of tint.
• Inspect and ensure all tints are applied smoothly without bubbles or imperfections
• Travel to client locations to complete on-site jobs
• Ensure tools and materials are kept in good working order for efficient application
• Picking up, dropping off customer vehicles on occasions
• Ad hoc duties as required

Skills & qualifications:

• Prior window tinting experience is advantageous
• Familiarity with automotive, decorative, and security tinting applications is preferable
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently
• Ability to work against project deadlines
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills with clients
• Current driver’s license
