Two Before Ten is looking for experienced staff! We have multiple positions available at cafes across Canberra. These positions offer opportunity for growth for the right candidate within an established organisation.

We take as given, your ability to work hard in a fast paced environment maintaining great, fast, service and a happy team of staff.

It is important to us that you are able to:

• Build a relationship with your team
• Continually develop your skills as you progress within our group
• Work with other staff in the group to deliver a product consistent with the aims of our group.

Key requirements:

• Relevant experience in hospitality is a must
• FOH - Experience in a fast paced, customer centric environment
• Baristas - Minimum 2 years barista experience in a fast paced environment (9-10 kgs of coffee a day)
• Latte art skills is desirable
• Ability to engage with customers and build rapport
