Are you an experienced Commercial Lawyer seeking an exciting, dynamic role with one of Perth's most highly regarded boutique law firms? We are looking for a talented lawyer to join a close-knit team that is committed to delivering practical and innovative legal solutions to a diverse range of clients.

About the Role:

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Legal Director and have the opportunity to manage a broad range of commercial law matters. Your work will include:

• Advising clients on property developments and leasing
• Structuring personal estates, businesses, and transactions
• Drafting, reviewing, and providing advice on commercial contracts
• Engaging with high-profile clients across various sectors, from small businesses to high-net-worth families, indigenous corporations, and publicly listed overseas companies

With a varied and stimulating workload, you will be involved in interesting and career-defining work that will constantly challenge and expand your legal expertise. No day will be the same, and you’ll be part of a firm with a strong pipeline of assignments offering real opportunities for growth.

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in Commercial or Corporate Law
• A current WA Practicing Certificate
• Strong attention to detail, excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with clients, team members, and external partners
• Experience in commercial dispute resolution is desirable, but not essential
