This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our landscaping & maintenance services, bringing your expertise to an already established, highly respected company.

As the Leading Hand, you will be responsible for a diverse and high-caliber portfolio of landscaping and maintenance projects. This will include a variety of residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale developments, across a portfolio of Brisbane's most premium properties. You will be implementing the day-to-day operations of the landscaping and maintenance requirements, ensuring that every project is completed to the highest quality.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the growth of Windsor Earthmoving, where you will play a key role in expanding our service offering while maintaining the core values of quality, integrity, and innovation that have earned us the trust of our clients over the years.

Requirements:

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence
• QLD Construction White Card
• Experience in Landscape Construction desirable
• Strong leadership skills, work ethic & a positive attitude
• Motivation to progress and help others to progress
