Marketing and Communications provide university-wide strategic marketing and communications advice and develop, manage and implement marketing and communications activities (including advertising) across all Griffith audiences including prospective and current students, staff, alumni, donors and corporate partners.
Job Description
You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students, providing information about courses, applications, and recruitment events, via multiple channels including phone, email, live chat and SMS. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and prospective students to ensure all enquiries have been resolved or triaged, and accurately record prospective student contact details, study interests, and outcomes of the enquiry in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional first contact support to prospective domestic students, including information and advice on University courses and application processes.
- Be responsible for the accurate and timely recording, reporting and resolution of student enquiries
- Support a high performing workplace culture through the achievement of established targets including data collection, call success and attempt rate, lead generation and conversion.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospective student service systems and processes through the monitoring of and providing feedback to the Future Students and wider Marketing and Communication teams.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders and contribute to the efficient operation of the centre, including ensuring coverage of the centre roster.
- Participate in various domestic future student recruitment activities and events as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and University policies and procedures, including equity and health & safety and exhibit good practice in relation to same.
- Be a leading example of the principles and values embodied in the University’s Code of Conduct, and behave, act and communicate at all times to reflect fairness, ethics and professionalism.
What we can offer
This is a continuing opportunity based at either Brisbane South (Nathan) or Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.
HEW level 5 salary range $77,761.62 - $87,235.50 + 17% super. Total FTE package will be in the range of $90,981.10 - $102,035.54.
