ARG Workforce is partnered with a leading manufacturing company specializing in metal fabrication. With operations expanding and a brand-new site launching soon, we are looking for Labourers, Machine Operators, and Trade Assistants to join the production team in our Wacol, Crestmead, and Carole Park workshops.

About the Role:

• Working in production, assisting with manufacturing and assembly
• Operating machines, tools, and welding equipment
• Assisting with fabrication, assembly mechanical fitting & hydraulics
• Full-time hours, Monday – Thursday (5 am – 3 pm)

About You:

• Experience in MIG welding, metal fabrication & hand tools (saws, grinders, oxy torch, etc.)
• Mechanical and hydraulic fitting skills
• Forklift license (advantageous but not essential)
• Ability to pass a drug & medical screening
• Full-time availability (4-day work week)

What’s on Offer?

• Casual rates up to $38/hr, with permanent opportunities up to $35/hr
