About You:

• A proven track record of finance and insurance sales within a large busy dealership
• Outstanding sales acumen and proven sales experience
• Disciplined, confident, reliable, honest and flexible
• Positive enthusiasm and a passion for the automotive finance industry
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional time management skills set
• Numeracy skills and meticulous attention to detail
• High level of Computer Literacy
• Main Role Responsibilities:
• Ability to think on your feet and outside the box
• Proactively present a range of Finance and Insurance products to our customers
• Prepare financial documents and complete finance and insurance contracts/policies
• Identify and exceed the needs of customers by providing in-depth product knowledge and service
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Accountability for achieving F&I income and targets.
• Closing off weekly with precise punctuality
• Complying with federal, state, and local regulations
