We source our fresh produce from over 150 local growers, and we are passionate about our ‘Market Made’ range of fresh meal and dessert choices made on the premises. Coupled with our high-quality Gourmet Butcher / Meat and Seafood products, we have a unique dairy offering of local and international cheeses & anti-pasto that compliment our Deli, Sushi and Café lines.

Role Summary:

Our Guest Services Manager will reflect our core values with their passion for customer service. Our reputation as fresh produce retailers is built on strong relationships with our growers and our unique retailing skill to maximise value and freshness for our customers. The Guest Services Manager reports to the Retail Store Manager and has full accountability for the day-to-day running of our Guest Services department consisting of the store’s Till Operators, Front End Supervisors and Trolley Attendants. The position will commence at our Bunbury Store for training and then be based at our Vasse Store in the beautiful Southwest of WA.

What we are looking for:

• A professional able to remain calm under pressure with an ability to respond to all customer queries received at the Vasse Guest Services counter
  
• Experience in managing staff in a retail or hospitality environment (and rostering to a budget)
  
• A natural leader with the energy and focus required to interact with our valued guests and team members with professionalism and care
  
• Driven by customer service, you will have the ability to train staff to our high standards, and achieve our business goals with your hard-working attitude and commitment
