About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of a Project Delivery Supervisor to join our esteemed client's team, based in Paraburdoo. This position is on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate project activities, ensuring safety and compliance with standards and procedures.
• Lead continuous improvement and maintain a safe work environment for team members and contractors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster teamwork, participation, and project improvement.
• Enforce compliance with standardized processes, systems, and tools across projects.
• Provide technical support and manage project safety and contractor performance.
• Oversee site mobilization, monitor performance, and resolve design or delay issues.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven safety leadership skills with experience in managing teams and contractors.
• Strong background in Project Management, Contractor Management, and Iron Ore Contractor Management (CM One).
• Experience in the Mining, Construction, Civil, or Earthworks industry is highly regarded.
• Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and coach diverse teams and contractors.
• Proficiency in SAP
• Valid Australian C class driver’s license.
