The Role
This position will see you overseeing a team that will be preparing preliminary sketches & coordinating designs, liaising with Council and consultants and having a good understanding of the Building Codes of Australia. You will be working with Senior Management to ensure best business practices, coordination with other departments and efficiency.
The Requirements
You will have extensive experience in drafting and management having worked for a house builder or building design/architectural practice in a similar role. Qualifications in drafting or design will be highly regarded as well as experience using Revit.
