About the role

Forrest Fresh Domestic Assistance is seeking a Casual Domestic Assistance Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis in Nabiac and surrounds. As a Domestic Assistance Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning services to our residential clients, ensuring a healthy and comfortable living environment.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly cleaning residential properties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in each client's home
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Communicating effectively with the team and management to ensure a smooth operation

What we're looking for

• Experience in domestic cleaning or a similar role, preferably in residential cleaning
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to client locations
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for cleaning together with maintaining clean, healthy, and comfortable living environments
• You be able to provide a current WWCC and Police check
