About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Project Administrator/Coordinator to join our esteemed client's team, based near Perth airport. This position is Monday to Friday, full time hours for a minimum 6-month duration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist HME Electrical specialists with planning and coordinating electrical projects.
- Engage with site teams and OEMs for project updates and progress tracking.
- Provide regular management updates on project status and milestones.
- Utilize project management tools such as SAP, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Support project documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong project management and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in SAP, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for effective project tracking and reporting.
- Experience or exposure to RTIO sites and HME mobile maintenance processes.
- Basic electrical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including site and OEM engagement.
