Role Overview:

As the Senior Floor Finisher based in Melbourne, Victoria, you will be responsible for Supervise and participate in the installation of epoxy & other designer flooring systems, overseeing operations, managing the installation process, and ensuring the delivery of premium-quality flooring solutions. This role demands hands-on expertise in installation, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the exceptional standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation Oversight:

• “Supervise and participate in the installation of epoxy flooring systems”.
• Meticulous attention to detail in the installation of epoxy & other designer flooring systems.
• Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements.
• Ensure all installations meet Granicrete Australia’s quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installations.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices and new techniques.

Customer Relations:

• Communicate effectively with clients to assess their requirements and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on flooring options and solutions.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Handle client feedback and address any concerns promptly.

Quality Control:

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and finish.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure project quality.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations within the Melbourne, Victoria.
• Responsible for coordinating project timelines, maintaining quality control, and optimizing workflow to deliver superior flooring solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients & suppliers

Essentials:

• Current valid VIC driver's license.
• Access to a reliable vehicle.
• Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) (WWCC).
• Fluency in English.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar roll in epoxy flooring installation.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Technical knowledge of epoxy flooring systems and applications.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Melbourne Victoria.

Salary Range: Between $37-$45 per hour + Super.
