Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs.
• Communicate with external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including reports, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Participate in ongoing training and service development to maintain high clinical standards.

What They’re Looking For

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist with proven interest or experience in neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and a passion for client-centred, evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, families, and professionals
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for community-based visits
