About the role

Bassett Barks Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced MC Truck Driver to join our team in Glass House Mountains, Queensland. This is a full-time position that will see you play a crucial role in our road transport operations. As an MC Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of potting mix, and Landscape barks throughout the region.

What you'll be doing

• Operate Multi combination (MC) vehicles in a safe and compliant manner
• Undertake pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Load and unload vehicles as required
• Maintain accurate records and logs of trips and vehicle maintenance
• Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and Bassett Barks' safety policies
• Provide excellent customer service to clients

What we're looking for

• A current MC driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Front End loader ticket & experience - THIS WILL BE REQUIRED
• Extensive experience operating heavy combination vehicles in a commercial road transport setting
• Knowledge of road transport regulations and safe driving practices
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• A positive, safety-focused attitude
