We are committed to fostering a culture of growth and learning and are looking to expand our team with a qualified First Aid Trainer.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced First Aid Trainer to join our team on a casual or part-time basis, or as a contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing engaging and informative first aid training sessions to diverse groups, ensuring participants are equipped with essential skills to respond to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver first aid training programs in accordance with national standards.
• Prepare training materials and resources to enhance participant learning.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain compliance with RTO regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest first aid techniques and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
• Current first aid and CPR certifications.
• Proven experience in delivering first aid training to a variety of audiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Flexibility to work in various locations within Port Adelaide and Adelaide CBD.
