About the role

Rapid Response Property Solutions is seeking skilled labourers/handymen to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. As a skilled labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our property maintenance projects. This is a full-time role, offering competitive pay and the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting tradespeople (e.g. carpenters) with a range of tasks
• Performing general labour duties such as site clean-up, material handling and tool maintenance as well as performing tasks to your ability.
• Following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborating with the team to ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard
• Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a skilled labourer or handyman in a similar construction/trades role
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
• Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
• Commitment to safety and a strong focus on quality work
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
