About the role

As a Digital Marketing Officer at CAREER LAUNCHERS PTY LTD, you will play a key role in driving the company's digital marketing strategy and initiatives. This full-time position is based in our Melbourne office, with the opportunity for flexible and remote work arrangements.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine optimisation (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and content creation
• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful digital content, such as blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters
• Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective
• Providing support and guidance to other team members on digital marketing-related tasks and projects

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, and performance marketing
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media management tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong creativity and copywriting skills to produce engaging and effective digital content
• Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
