About the Role
Are you a leader with a passion for driving excellence in IT service delivery? We're looking for an IT Professional Services Manager to lead client engagements, optimise project execution, and empower a high-performing team of IT professionals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Manage our professional services team.
- Oversee Project Delivery – Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Identify and address potential roadblocks proactively.
- Client Engagement – Build strong relationships, understand business needs, and deliver tailored IT solutions.
- Optimise Processes – Enhance service delivery frameworks for efficiency and scalability.
- Drive Technical Excellence – Stay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT service delivery, and professional services management.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management abilities.
- Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise systems.
- A balance between strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving.
- Ability to manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Commitment to client satisfaction, maintaining high levels of service and engagement.
- Passion for process innovation, continuously improving efficiency.
- A strong focus on profitability, ensuring projects optimise billable hours.
- Proactive risk management, identifying and mitigating project risks before they arise.
- Certifications – ITIL V4 and MCSA/MCSE are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Managed services experience is preferred.
