Take charge of a $4.3m pub refurbishment project ten minutes south of Townsville's CBD.

This speaks to a Site Manager looking to make a mark on the hospitality scene for an up and coming builder based out of Brisbane.

The project will run for six months minimum and you will work closely with a highly experienced Project Manager and hands on Director. All trades will be based locally.

There is an opportunity for you after this project to move on to other work in the region. If that doesn't suit you, then a contract basis may be available.

This role is open to Site Managers that aren't currently based in Townsville. We are open to a FIFO roster (2 weeks on and a long weekend off).

A QBCC Site Supervisor licence is required for this position.
