🌟 Experienced Orange Door Practitioners - WFH Opportunity! 🌟

We're seeking skilled Orange Door Practitioners with expertise in working with Persons Using Violence (PUV) to join a dynamic team providing critical support.

🕒 Hours: 0.8 EFT to Full-Time, contracts starting from 1 month duration
🏠 Work Flexibility: Fully WFH opportunity
💰 Hourly Rate: $61-$67 per hour + super

What We're Looking For

✔️ Must be able to start with a 2-week notice period

✔️ Minimum 6 months experience working at The Orange Door (mandatory) - applications without this experience will not be considered
✔️ Specialist experience in working with Persons Using Violence (PUV)
✔️ Strong knowledge of The Orange Door Framework
✔️ Ability to deliver comprehensive assessments, safety planning, and referrals

What You'll Do

Provide intake and triage services specifically for Persons Using Violence (PUV)

Deliver culturally informed, client-centered interventions

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and wellbeing
