About us
Ability to Achieve is a registered NDIS company, that supports people with high and complex needs.

We work with vulnerable children, families and NDIS participants living in NSW, Brisbane, Wollongong and Canberra.

The Roles
We have client based in Canberra requiring complex high needs experienced carers to support them in reaching their goals and enhancing their daily life.

  • Ongoing, Long & Flexible Shifts
  • Rotating rosters of 8 hours at a time.

Community access and personal care roles.

We are currently seeking a team of support workers who can work with high complex needs client and are able to assist within:

  • Engaging our participants to work as a team and participate in a structured and meaningful day
  • Working with high complex needs.
  • Providing one-on-one service delivery, and supporting participants to make their own decisions.
  • Ensuring that all relevant consumer data, case notes and goals and outcomes information is current and up to date on the relevant Client Management System

*Driver’s License & Car is a mandatory requirement*

About You

  • 12 months minimum experience as a Support Worker
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, or Police Check & WWCC
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
  • COVID-19 Infection Control Training
  • Driver’s License & Car.
