The Role

We are looking for a Senior Chef AND CDP to join our high performing team. In this crucial position, you will collaborate closely with our Head Chef to manage all facets of our kitchen operations, such as menu preparation.

Our Ideal Candidate:

•Demonstrates a deep passion for cooking, a keen interest in quality ingredients, and a strong understanding of kitchen management and operations

• Possesses substantial experience leading teams at Sous Chef level in large, high-volume Restaurants with a proven track record of success.
• Shows a genuine interest in developing, nurturing, and training team members, with a focus on building their capabilities and confidence.
• Is highly organised, responsible, and hands-on in the kitchen, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
