IPC has recently been selected on to the Western Australian Health Support Services Metropolitan Trade Services Breakdown Repair, Planned Maintenance and Minor Works to Health Service Providers – Panel.

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated Building Supervisor with experience in providing mechanical and building planned and reactive maintenance services to the Health Industry. As an integral member of the senior management team, you will manage our key client relationships with the Western Australian Department of Health maximising opportunities throughout Western Australia. Our fresh, entrepreneurial approach to this industry offers an exciting and challenging workplace environment. You will be responsible for estimating, presentation of quotations and securing of IPC Maintenance value propositions to the Depart of Health, building sustainable relationships. Measures of success include safety, quality, development of the employees reporting to you, customer satisfaction, maintaining margins and overall contribution to business success.

To be successful you must:

• Managing with the highest level of safety standards across the day-to-day operations of the Health Services Maintenance division
• Experience working with major corporate clients with excellent presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The capability to organise, schedule and manage multiple work fronts across sites in the Metropolitan and country areas.
• Experience and capacity and the preparation of professional quotations with a focus on innovation, value, efficacy and sustainability.
• Minimum five years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Managing existing clients and seeking out new clients.
• Proven new business development capabilities and closing business opportunities.
• Extensive experience with Excel, MS Projects and similar estimating software.
• Ability to influence to drive successful outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously to achieve success as part of a wider supportive team.
• Negotiate contracts and assist in monitoring and claiming of variations to contracts in progress

• Salary package above $150,000 PA
