Site Manager - $10M Hospitality Fit-Out & Refurbishment (Bathurst, NSW) - 5-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a $10 million hospitality fit-out and refurbishment project in Bathurst, NSW. This 5-month contract offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to oversee a high-profile regional project, ensuring it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all site activities and subcontractors
• Ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
• Maintaining WHS and compliance standards
• Managing budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Problem-solving and keeping the project running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing fit-out and refurbishment projects, preferably in the hospitality sector
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate and manage subcontractors
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to keep projects on track, on time, and within budget
• WHS knowledge and commitment to site safety
