• Scope includes but is not limited to is streetscape upgrades, traffic facility construction including intersection upgrades, stormwater works, and soft and hard landscaping works.
• The company is currently going through expansion with newly awarded projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Site Supervisor role:

• Manage civil construction projects on-site, including management of internal work crews and subcontractors
• Maintain a safe workplace for everyone
• Planning and staging with the delivery team of construction activities
• Track and schedule resource, plant, and material requirements
• Implement & manage Safe Working documentation
• Manage quality assurance to meet council or TfNSW specification
• Flexibility in hours of work, including night and day shifts

You will be working closely with our Project and the Management Teams in delivering multiple projects across our business. You will also participate in the continuous improvement of current company processes and business objectives.
