The Role:

If you have a passion for providing top-notch support and a knack for organisation, this position is tailor-made for you! With over 12 months of legal experience (preferably in PI but open to litigation and similar areas), you’ll seamlessly integrate into this team and help achieve great outcomes for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master the art of file maintenance and organisation
• Showcase your exceptional attention to detail and typing prowess
• Craft and polish letters and documents, including court submissions
• Engage with government agencies like the Australian Taxation Office, Centrelink, and Medicare with confidence
• Build connections with hospitals and doctors as you communicate with third parties
• Tackle photocopying tasks and prepare mail, ensuring every detail is spot on
• Print and collate various documents with precision
• Compile comprehensive briefs for counsel and experts
• Manage the lifecycle of files from opening to archiving
• Request cheques and tackle general administrative tasks as directed by partners and managers.
• Plus general administration tasks.
