A leading Australian supplier and designer of luxury lighting is seeking a Brand and Communications Coordinator to join their growing Sydney team.

The focus of this role is to enhance and develop the brands visual identity and tone of voice through various marketing functions including content generation, brand partnerships, social media & website management and graphic design.

This role can be full-time or part-time (4 days per week) for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Creating and managing all social media content and deliverables across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Writing, distributing and reporting on monthly EDMs
• Ad copy for website and blog posts, ensuring brand tone of voice is conveyed and consistent
• Ensure SEO optimisation and regular website maintenance
• Create, plan and execute new product campaigns for all new product releases or updates
• Work closely with brand partners and stylists and engage collaborators in line with the companies' values
• Regularly update graphics and media asset library to reflect company branding

Skills and experience

• 2-3 years in a similar marketing or communications position
• An interest in or prior experience within the Fashion, Architecture or Interior Design industries
• Sound understanding of marketing and content strategies that achieve measurable results
• Marketing or Communications (or equivalent) qualification highly regarded
• Creatively driven with initiative and a problem-solving attitude
• Pro-active with willingness to contribute ideas and invest in company growth
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
