You will be brought on to a brand new project for a commercial property with fire damage, this role offers longevity within your career and growth. Looking for someone to start asap.

Role

• Confirm scope of works and budget accuracy
• Monitor and implement safety standards
• Oversee all aspects of construction, repair and restoration
• Monitor budget and legislative compliance
• Supervise all trades and construction on site
• Brand new site starting
• full pipeline of work

Person

• Building license required
• Fantastic IT knowledge
• First Aid certificate required
• Working knowledge of the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, WHS, SWMS, PPE requirements
• Experienced at managing trades, sites
