The Doonan requires an Assistant Manager with expectational Restuarant experience, a high level for attention to detail, impeccable time management, sound understanding of Labour and economical control to join our team!

The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from leadership, labour costing, rostering, staff training, procedure implementation, assisting the GM with day-to-day management as well as contributing to team development.

Candidates will have…

At least 2-3 years of employment experience is required
