About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Taxation Accountant to join our team in a hands-on role, ensuring the group meets its tax obligations with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and State Revenue Offices. You will provide expert taxation support, managing a range of complex tax responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the company’s tax obligations, ensuring full compliance with Australian tax laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic advice and support to internal stakeholders on the interpretation and application of taxation laws.
• Manage tax reporting and the preparation of taxation filings in collaboration with the ATO and State Revenue Offices.
• Leverage your understanding of Australian tax and accounting standards to manage the tax obligations of a large corporation.
• Develop and present accurate financial reports, particularly with large volumes of financial data.

About You
We are looking for a tax professional ready for a rewarding opportunity in a dynamic environment. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience in taxation, either in industry or professional practice.
• CA or CPA qualified, with extensive knowledge of Australian taxation laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A Master of Tax qualification is highly regarded.
