The role
As Marketing and Social Media Manager at Serenest, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This is a full-time role based in Dural, NSW (or remote) and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the start-up business.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events
• Overseeing the creation of high-quality marketing content, such as website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and marketing collateral
• Analysing marketing performance data and using insights to optimise campaigns and strategies
• Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Managing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
• Leading and mentoring a team of marketing professionals

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the marketing and communications industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new opportunities for growth
• Experience in leading and motivating a team of marketing professionals
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting
