They are very big on supporting customers but also providing technical support for the aftermarket and keeping ahead of its competitors throughout the earthmoving, Mining and Forestry equipment industry.

Job Opportunity -

This role certainly has its challenges, and you will work separately compared to the national Field Service Teams and Service and workshops that are located throughout Australia. You will be the first point of contact for every customer in Australia that has an issue with its Mobile crusher or screen. These customers are listed throughout all of Australia and these machines are in a variety of locations. You are the go-to manager that will ascertain what is wrong with that machine and understand what is needed to get that machine back up online ASAP. You have several options 1 – Try to diagnose the machine over the phone and if so, work with the quarry team to fix the problem over the phone. 2 – Send out one of the service techs from the local Service operation and work with him over the phone to get the machine back up online. 3 – If you need to get your eyes on the machine then you fly out to the customers and work with his team to get everything back up and running. Option 4 – Have the machine brought back to the workshop for a complete breakdown and factory overhaul.

This role certainly has its challenges, and you will also be covering the following job requirements also within Australia –

• Support customers Technically over the phone or on Site
• Report all technical issues back to the factory
• Coordinate Service Support to customer
• PDI new equipment with Service department
• Train customers how to use and operate the machinery
• Up sell, and cross sell services, parts and support
• Update and identify regular technical faults or issues with the equipment
• Provide clear communication back to the factory in Europe
• Fly to all sites throughout Australia and provide any customer technical issues
• Resolve all problems with the Aftermarket service team that work on mobile crushers
• Read schematics and diagnose Electrical or mechanical faults with mobile equipment.

Candidate Requirements –

You MUST have current experience working on Mobile Crushers & Screen, we are looking for staff that have worked on Metso, Power Screen, Finlay, McCloskey, Lippmann, Tesab, Keestrack, Kleemann, Sandvik, Striker Etc

• Trade qualifications either as Fitter or Diesel Technician
• Excellent Electrical over Hydraulic
• If you have factory training this would be a massive advantage
• Willingness to Travel throughout Australia
• Excellent communication and above all sound customer service
• Career driven
• Excellent work ethic and passionate

Location – Brisbane Based

Salary Package –

• Salary - $160,000 to $170,000

You will also be given training and have the national Sales and senior management team behind you. There other managers like yourself dotted in NZ, Aisa and USA to which you can discuss and talk with for support. There will be yearly events and training support from Europe.
