About You:

We’re seeking a physiotherapist with 2+ years of private practice experience. You’ll be a great fit if you:

The Role Involves:

• Position: Full-time physiotherapist (Part-time during the 6 months maximum probation period)
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of private musculoskeletal clients.
• Manage Work Cover/CTP and all other insurance-based caseloads.
• Develop a personalised caseload to suit your special interests.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
• Contribute to the clinic’s success, reputation for professionalism, and excellence in care.
• Collaborate with another physiotherapist for mentoring and professional development.
• Respect peers and contribute to our healthy team environment.

What We Offer:

• Base Annual Salary: $90,000 – $110,000
• Base Wage: Award rate +$2/hour (Includes Superannuation)
• Incentive Commission: 5-10% of the company profit margin made by the employee.

Skills & Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Professional indemnity insurance.
• Full Australian work rights.
• Minimum 2 years of MSK physiotherapy experience.
