Drink Better Beverages, a leading Drinks Brand Agency in Western Australia, is seeking passionate and results driven Tasting and Activation team members to work on a casual basis across in-store tastings events, expos, and festivals.

This is a rare opportunity for individuals who loves premium Craft Spirits, Beers and Wines. Our ideal candidates will have an abundance of positive energy and a ‘can do’ spirit to drive sales and generate brand awareness across our portfolio on behalf of our awesome brands.

Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include:

• Providing exceptional brand experiences
• Executing consumer and trade events including tastings and activations.
• Working closely with the sales team in maintaining and forming relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Generating brand awareness and providing exceptional customer service.
• Assisting with merchandising and product placement across retail outlets.
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained and maximised across distribution channels.

The team members we are seeking are bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have demonstrated skills in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.

As the majority of these tastings and activations occur in the afternoons (usually Thursday to Saturday) this role is perfect for those that have these times free with their current work or study schedule and help get your foot into the Alcohol Representative world and have the potential to grow as our brands do.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Have working rights in Australia (Visa/Citizenship).
• Live in the Perth Metro area.
• Have a valid driver’s license, and own a vehicle.
• Have a West Australian RSA Certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol).

The role attracts Level 2 Hospitality Industry (General) Award Rate, and additional commissions on sales.
