About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator for an immediate start. Our business is growing rapidly, and we want you to grow with us.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Producing residential and commercial estimates based on client requirements including accurate quantity take offs and materials pricing.
• Assessing the cost-effectiveness of products an services, tracing actual costs relative to the quoted works.
• Identify, evaluate and confirm variations, including scope of works to eliminate risk for the business.
• Ensure all materials are available for work orders to commence on time.
• Support the achievement of all work orders on time and on budget.
• Ensure quoted works comply with all Building Codes, Acts and Legislations.
• Investigate new opportunities for Focused Maintenance Solutions and provide Directors with relevant information for decision making.

What we're looking for

• Experience as an Estimator, preferably within the commercial or industrial construction sectors.
• Relevant qualifications.
• Ability to work independently.
• Time management and project management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Desire to assist in growing our business.
