Achieve are recruiting for an HR Truck Driver in Rockhampton

We have a unique role for an HR (Floater) Truck Driver based out of Rockhampton. This role will encompass working away in Gladstone and Mackay as needed.

You may be required to to drive your own car to either location or take a truck from Rockhampton. You will be floating and going where needed. There might even be times you travel further afield for work.

The role itself will be a very physical one. Parcel and freight delivery. You need to be able to do some manual handling and physically be able to get in and out of the truck multiple times a day. A lot of walking is involved in this role. At times you will be delivering to residential homes and business or through a shopping center to retail shops.
Some bulk delivery could be available depending on the roles that need covering so a forklift ticket would be beneficial but not necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
HR Truck Licence
Forklift Licence (not essential)
Own reliable transport
Good customer relations
Ability to work to a time schedule
Good safety record both on and off the road
Able to adjust to working in a variety of teams

There is an hourly pay + accommodation + meals + travel is paid + an overnight rate each night you stay away. These rates will be discussed further if successful for the role.
