THE ROLE

• Manage group bookings and coordinate all aspects of the itinerary, including transportation, accommodation, and other services
• Professionally reply to delegate's queries within the agreed timeframes, to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and exceeded
• Ensure tickets, itineraries and documentation are issued correctly, so exceptional precision and customer service is essential
• Ability to build strong relationships within the team to cultivate a successful working environment

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Previous groups travel consulting experience highly desirable
• Strong GDS skills
• Domestic and International fares knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptionally organised and accurate
