Your Role:

• Lead and implement a high-quality preschool program that supports children's learning and development
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Work collaboratively to uphold the service’s philosophy and vision
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and EYLF

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
✔ Passionate about early childhood education and play-based learning
✔ Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and best practices
✔ A positive and proactive team player
✔ Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection training
