AWX is looking for experienced Line Leaders to join our client's team based in Stapylton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop into a Group Leader and potentially advance further within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign production staff locations
• Enforce company dress code
• Adhere to procedures, specifications, and policies
• Meet customer deadlines and specifications, notify of exceptions
• Verify labels are accurate and up to date
• Conduct daily quality assurance checks
• Maintain cleanliness of factory and office
• Some heavy lifting required
  

About You:

• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Clear communication of orders and instructions
• Experience in food processing, machine operation in the FMCG industry
• Initiative to seek out work with limited directions
• Good attention to detail
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, HACCP protocols
• Committed, reliable, with a strong work ethic
