You will be responsible for the day-to-day movement and care of customer tooling in and out of our facility at Seventeen Mile Rocks.

The job is NOT a labour-intensive role.

The role DOES require attention to detail, exactness with serial numbers, part numbers and batch numbers

Typical daily duties will be:

• Recording and unpacking all tooling received from clients/suppliers
• Confirming matching order details for repair, calibration, or testing
• Meticulous attention to engraved asset numbers, especially 3 6 5 and 8
• Establish and maintaining item traceability by keeping item receipt and conformance documentation
• The movement of stock to shelving, pick tubs or through to the calibration workshop
• Stock take of items on a monthly basis
• Picking and cross checking of domestic/international orders
• Attaching supporting documents: packing slips, invoices, certificates of conformance and airway bills
• Packing and shipping to customers via FedEx, UPS, DHL or private courier.

What you will need:

• A technical appreciation of specialised hand tools
• Common sense - these tools cut, crimp and splice, with extraordinary amounts of force and precision.
• A love of patterns, repetition, and ability to identify deviations
• Computer literacy in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Most importantly, the strong desire for progression and to meet, if not exceed customers satisfaction
