About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Apprentice Chef to join our team at ARTA ATELIER Patisserie in Camden. As an Apprentice Chef, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and creative shop who is growing each day and creating the best cakes and pastry products in town.

This is a full-time position where you will work closely with our experienced chef/owner to develop your skills and contribute to the delivery of exceptional experience we offer.

What you'll be doing

• Assist senior chefs in the preparation of daily products
• Learn and apply proper food handling, preparation, and cooking techniques
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work stations
• Contribute to the development of new menu items and recipes
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Attending Tafe 1 day a week to complete your Certificate III in Patisserie

• No Experience required as this is a entry level position
• Must have a form of transport to the shop, plenty of parking available on site
