About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Truck Driver to join our team at Plant Delivery Service, based in Chandler, QLD. As a full-time HR Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering plants to our customers throughout Queensland & New South Wales.

What you'll be doing

• Operate heavy rigid and/or medium rigid vehicles safely and efficiently
• Load and unload vehicles in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
• Adhere to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Support the wider logistics team as required

What we're looking for

• A current HR or MR driver's licence with a clean driving record
• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently
• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to on-time deliveries
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Good physical fitness and the ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work as part of a team
