THE OPPORTUNITY

Stormvogel is seeking a dedicated and skilled Foreman / Site Supervisor to take the lead on the structure and façade works for an upcoming 15-storey luxury residential project in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane with a start date in April 2025.

Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager and wider project team, you will play a key role in delivering a high-end, architecturally designed building, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on-site. As the project progresses, this role provides the opportunity to progress into finishes if suitable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the concrete structure and façade areas of the project
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers and labour
• Work closely with project participants to plan and sequence works effectively
• Maintain a strong focus on site safety and quality
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve construction challenges proactively
• Manage site logistics and drive productivity, ensuring program milestones are met
• Communicate progress to the Site and Project Managers, providing clear reporting on site activities
• Identify and provide early warning on upcoming design or field issues

ABOUT YOU

• Experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor in multi-storey residential construction
• Strong understanding of structural sequencing, façade works, and finishes preparation
• A hands-on leader who can motivate and drive teams on-site
• Proven ability to work in high-spec, architecturally designed environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Committed to quality, safety, and efficiency
