The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our motivated, high-achieving team. Your territory will involve selling our online products to a diverse range of commercial customers, including councils, schools, cafes, industrial clients, and other businesses.
Responsibilities
- Initiating contact, building lasting relationships and converting those into leads.
- You will be responsible for every step in the process from lead generation, quoting, negotiating and closing to installation and after sales support.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product listings and promotions.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and industry trends.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Proven experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the commercial furniture industry would be considered advantageous.
- Strong understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Be capable of working autonomously towards developing your market and a team player when coordinating your projects with your production and operational teams.
- Be goal/growth orientated. Consistently meet and surpass sales and performance targets.
- Must be an Australian permanent resident.
Salary and Benefits
- $80K - $100K base salary.
