Soft Commodity Logistics is a rapidly growing transport business, and we’re on the lookout for skilled, experienced MC Truck Drivers to join our dynamic team. With a diverse and expanding client base, we need motivated and dedicated professionals to help us keep the wheels turning.

The Role:
We’re offering casual and full-time MC Truck Driver positions operating across WA – specifically between Esperance and the Goldfields. You’ll be transporting a variety of bulk products, including Gypsum, Lime, Grain, Fertiliser, Lithium, Gravel, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers who take pride in their work, thrive on autonomy, and are committed to delivering exceptional service while prioritizing safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate AB-Triple and/or Quad Road Trains to transport bulk materials.
• Ensure the care and maintenance of all vehicles and equipment.
• Comply with safety, fatigue management, and company protocols.
• Maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Work efficiently and independently, while also collaborating with a tight-knit team.

About You:
We’re looking for drivers who are outcome-focused, safety-conscious, and have:

• A current MC License (please provide a copy).
• Proven experience with AB-Triple and/or Quad Road Trains.
• Side tipper experience (preferred but not essential).
• Previous experience with transporting minerals, grain, fertiliser, or agricultural products (a plus).
• Ability to follow instructions and ensure compliance with all guidelines.
• Strong physical fitness and general health – ready to pass a medical examination.
• Willingness to complete Driver Fatigue Management training (if not already completed).
• A strong work ethic, with a focus on quality and safety.
