Position: Fencing Team Leader
Location: Northern Suburbs (Gawler) - Onsite and various locations around Adelaide and all surrounding suburbs (as required)
Job Type: Full-Time Employed Position
Hours: Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week (to be worked between 7.00am and 6.00pm as required)
Pay: $90,000 to $100,000 (based on experience) + super + bonus / growth opportunities

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fencer to join our team on a Full-Time basis as a Fencing Team Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish, lead, mentor and grow a small team within our new internal Jim's Group Fencing Division!
The successful applicant would expect the following responsibilities as part of their role (including but not limited to):
- Measure, quote, and layout fence projects based on client specifications.
- Construct, install, and maintain Colorbond Steel fences and gates, aluminium slat fencing and gates, pool fencing and gates as well as other styles.
- Lead and mentor a small fencing team, ensuring project goals and safety standards are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and adhere to workplace safety practices.
- Working closely with manager in regard to work schedules and orders
About You
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Experience in fencing (mandatory).
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain).
- White Card (required).
- A First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
The successful applicant will be required to obtain a National Police Certificate.
