Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all tasks and commitments are completed on time: Keep track of deadlines, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a liaison for clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their real estate journey. Addressing client needs with the utmost care and attention, handling requests for enquiries, property inspections, etc.
  • Create Proposals: Draft compelling and professional proposals for prospective clients, outlining the services the agency offers, property details, and market insights.
  • Prepare Reports and Documents: Produce Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and other documentation required for listings, presentations, and client meetings. Conduct research on property trends, historical data, and recent sales to ensure the CMA is comprehensive and useful.
  • Prepare Call Lists: Organize and maintain lists of clients, prospects, and contacts for follow-up. This includes preparing detailed notes on each client for the Principal, so they’re prepared for any interaction.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information, both personal and business-related, with discretion and care, ensuring privacy for clients and the Principal.

  • Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus.
